Vienna Eye Clinic carries a large variety of top designer frames for both eyeglasses and sunglasses with a range of lens enhancements. Our opticians will suggest your options and help you decide what will let you leave seeing and looking better!

Materials

Lens Types

These lenses correct either your distance or reading vision. They can be made in various materials depending on your prescription. These lenses can have various upgrades.

Lined Trifocals

Trifocals have three channels of vision. Similar to the lined bifocal, these have an extra point of vision between the distance and the up-close vision which is meant for intermediate vision like your the dashboard of your car or your computer.

Lined Bifocals

These bifocals have a physical line that separates your distance and your up-close vision. These lenses can have all the upgrades that any of the other lenses

Progressives

Also known as "No-Line" bifocals, these look similar to a single-vision lens but has all points of vision.

Plastic

With the best visual quality, our plastic lenses are a ideal for most frames.

Polycarbonate

There are lenses that are made from materials that are more durable and shatter-resistant such as polycarbonate, which can be useful for children or sports eyewear.

Trivex

Ideal for a drill mount frame, these lenses are great for those wanting a light and durable lens material.

High Index

If you have a high prescription which may require thicker lenses, you may want the thinnest and lightest option, which would be high index.

Options

Want to use your own frame?

We can put your new RX in your own frame. We'll take the measurements needed and call you when your lenses arrive in stock. You will need to drop off your frame for one hour during the drop off times listed below.

 

Monday-Friday

8-11:30

1:30-3:30

 

Anything brought in between 11:30 and 1:30 can be completed by 2:30 and anything brought in after 3:30 can be completed by 10 am the following morning.

Please understand that if your frame is older than one year, it may have a weak point and could break while the new lenses are being mounted. We will use extreme caution but please realize we cannot be responsible if the frame breaks. Thank you.
